1. Services

West Orange Premier Paws, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides pet care services including boarding, daycare, dog walking, and care for other household pets within Oakland, Oakland Park, and Downtown Winter Garden, Florida.

By booking services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.

2. Payments

3. Cancellations & Credits

Standard Visits:
  •  48+ hours notice → full account credit
  •  Less than 48 hours → non-refundable, no credit

Recurring Visits:
  •  48+ hours notice → credit applied if already paid
  •  Less than 48 hours → charged in full
Reserved time is held exclusively for your pet and cannot always be reassigned.

4. Pet Health & Safety

Clients agree that pets are in suitable health for services. While vaccination proof is not required, clients acknowledge the inherent risks of pet care environments.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any pet displaying aggressive or unsafe behavior.

5. Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree:

  •  Pets may interact with other animals and inherent risks exist, including injury or illness
  •  West Orange Premier Paws is not liable for injuries, illness, loss, or damages except in cases of gross negligence
  •  In the event of a medical emergency, we may seek veterinary care at our discretion
  • All veterinary costs are the responsibility of the Client

6. Access & Property

For in-home services, clients agree to provide safe and secure access to the property. We are not responsible for damages caused by pets or issues arising from faulty home conditions.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and only collect information necessary to provide services.


Information We Collect:
  •  Name, phone number, email, and address
  •  Pet information (breed, health notes, care instructions)

How We Use Information:
  •  To schedule and deliver services
  •  To communicate regarding bookings and updates
  •  To send invoices and service-related notifications
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, credit card processors), and we do not store full payment details.

8. Communication

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive service-related communications via email, phone, or text.

9. Agreement

By booking services with West Orange Premier Paws, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
